Bio

​

Shannon is  a multimedia artist living in Ohio with her husband and a menagerie of pets.  She taught art for nearly two decades and enjoyed combining Art lessons with other subjects in education.  She has worked on set design, set decor, and costuming for local theater productions, winning awards for set decor.  Although, she has experience in many types of media and art styles, she has recently been working on illustrations. By combining original sketches with work done in programs such as Procreate, she has discovered a new form of creative expression. 

When she is not sketching or painting, Shannon writes stories, enjoys playing the ukulele, reading and research, and visiting with family and friends.  She is mostly inspired by her childhood, experiences while teaching, and her pets. Much of her art reflects her faith as seen in creation around her.
